A Taste of Amazigh Cuisine: Traditional Flavors at Kasbah Ifoulki

At Kasbah Ifoulki, we believe that food is one of the most important ways to experience a culture. Our kitchen celebrates the rich culinary traditions of the Amazigh (Berber) people, using recipes passed down through generations.
Traditional Moroccan Breakfast
Start your day with a authentic Moroccan breakfast featuring freshly baked msemen (layered flatbread), beghrir (honeycomb pancakes), and amlou - a delicious spread made from argan oil, almonds, and honey. Accompanied by fresh mint tea and local honey, it's the perfect way to fuel your adventures.
Tagine: The Heart of Moroccan Cooking
Our tagines are slow-cooked to perfection in traditional clay pots. Whether you prefer chicken with preserved lemons and olives, lamb with prunes and almonds, or a vegetable tagine with seasonal produce, each dish is infused with the aromatic spices that make Moroccan cuisine so distinctive.
Couscous Friday
In Moroccan tradition, Friday is couscous day. Join us for this weekly celebration where we serve hand-rolled couscous topped with tender meat and a variety of vegetables, accompanied by buttermilk and followed by traditional pastries.
